摘要：This article is focused on the problem of the estimation of the firms' financial and economic situation in the context of compared analysis. It was elaborated and it is proposed for use an aggregative indicator of the economic potential that in author' opinion will give the possibility to determine in a justified way the future developing strategies of the analyzed enterprise. The aggregative indicator consists of three indicators that characterized the main activities of the enterprise: the production and marketing program, the efficiency of production factors and financial situation and viability. The author grounds the possibility of applying modern methods of the analysis for solving the perspectives of managerial decisions.
