摘要：The objective of this paper is to find out what is the quality of educational services at higher education level, more specifically, in the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. In this regard, a questionnaire has been applied over the past two years, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015, which got answers from 550 students in the academic year 2013-2014 and 543 students in 2014-2015.
