摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı; beden eğitimi ve spor yüksekokullarında eğitim ve öğretim hayatına devam eden öğrencilerin liderlik özelliklerinin cinsiyet değişkenine göre incelenmesidir. 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında, Türkiye’nin çeşitli coğrafi bölgelerindeki üniversitelerde Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği, Spor Yöneticiliği, Antrenörlük ve Rekreasyon bölümünde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin liderlik düzeyleri üzerinde etkili olabileceği düşünülen cinsiyet faktörü ele alınmıştır. Bartın Üniversitesi BESYO, Fırat Üniversitesi BESYO, Erciyes Üniversitesi BESYO, Adıyaman Üniversitesi BESYO, Çukurova Üniversitesi BESYO, Celal Bayar Üniversitesi BESYO örneklem grubundaki üniversitelerdir. Toplam 712 erkek ve 386 kadın öğrenci çalışmaya katılmıştır. Çalışmada, Liderlik Ölçeği; Lee G. Bolman ve Terence E. Deal (1991) tarafından geliştirilen, Türkçeye uyarlanması Dereli (2003) tarafından yapılan Liderlik Yönelim ölçeğidir. Ölçeğin alt boyutlarını Yapısal çerçeve, İnsan kaynakları çerçevesi, Politik çerçeve ve Sembolik çerçeve oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucunda Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin liderlik özelliklerine bakıldığında, cinsiyet değişkeni İnsan kaynakları çerçevesi alt boyutunda anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur (p>0,05). Bunun yanında Liderlik yönelim ölçeğinin “kişiyi en iyi tanımlayan ifadeler” kısmında yapılan ki-kare testinde, “insanların bende fark ettiği en önemli özellik” ifadesinde (p=0,000) ayırt edilebilir düzeyde anlamlılık bulunmuştur. “beni tanımlamanın en iyi yolu” ifadesinde (p=0,004) düzeyinde anlamlılık bulunurken, “en iyi şu şekilde tanımlanırım” ifadesinde (p=0,041) düzeyinde anlamlılık sınırına yakın olan farklılık tespit edilmiştir (p>0,05).
其他摘要：The aim of this study is to investigate the leadership of the students studying in the Schools of Physical Education and Sports. On 2015-2016 education year, students studying in department of Physical Education and Sports Teacher, Sports Management, Coaching Education and Recreation of the gender factor may be effective on the leadership level of the students were discussed. The university constituting the sample group are Bartın University Physical Education and Sport, Fırat University Physical Education and Sport, Erciyes University Physical Education and Sport Adıyaman University Physical Education and Sport, Çukurova University Physical Education and Sport, Celal Bayar University Physical Education and Sport. 712 male and 386 female students participated in this study. In this study, Leadership Scale applied developed by Lee G. Bolman and Terrence E. Deal (1991), The Turkish adaptation conducted by Dereli (2002) Leadership Orientation scale is. Structural Framework, Human Resources Framework, Political Framework and Symbolic Framework constitute sub dimensions of this scale. Considering the Leadership of the students studying in the School of Physical Education and Sports, although gender variable is a significant difference (p<0.05) in the sub-frame dimensions of human resources. Besides leadership orientation of the scale "people that best describes the statements" made by part of the chi-square test: "The most important feature I noticed that people" in question (p=0.000) were significant difference can be distinguished when looking at the mean value of level. While "The best way for me to define" the question (p=0.004) found the level of significance, "I'm best described as" in question (p=0.041) levels were detected near the differences statistically significant (p> 0.05).
