摘要：6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanunu’nun 17 inci maddesinde sendika üye olma şartları açıklanmıştır. Buna göre, sendikaya üye olabilmek için on beş yaşını dolduran ve 6356 sayılı Kanun’un hükümlerine göre işçi sayılanlar, işçi sendikalarına üye olabilmektedir. Bu anlamda 6356 sayılı Kanun’un 17 inci maddesi gereğince sendikaya üye olamayacaklar arasında olmadığından, kulüplerinden ücret karşılığı çalışan profesyonel sporcular sendika kurabilirler ve bir sendikaya üye olabilmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk sporcularının sendikal haklarını belirtmektir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada, sendika ve profesyonel sporcuların sendikal hakları incelenmektedir
其他摘要：According to Act no 6356 of article 17 any person who completes 15 years of age and who is considered as a worker in accordance with the provisions of this Law may join a workers’ trade union”. Professıonal Turkısh Athletes are not among no members of the union in accordance with Article 17 of Law No. 6356 so Professıonal Turkısh Athletes can be members of union. This means that in article 17 of Law No. 6356 will not be among the members of the union, in accordance with the fee the club may establish employee unions and professional athletes can be members of a union. Theaim of this project explains union rights of Professional Turkish Athletes. In this project trade union and union rights of Professional Turkish Athletes are examined
