摘要：In the present investigation an attempt was made to explore the consumer's preference of prepared mobile services in Nagercoil town. The objective of this study is to know the factors influencing the consumer preference of prepaid mobile services, and the satisfaction level enjoyed by consumers on coverage, connectively and tariff rates regarding the prepared mobile services. This present study covers only customer's satisfaction such as tariff rate, coverage, and connectivity and network facilities of mobile phone service provides. This study describes the needs and usefulness of prepaid mobile service user of middle class consumers.
