  • 摘要:This study develops and tests a model of the antecedents and consequences of a learning orientation. Results suggest that centralisation has a negative affect on a learning orientation, while market turbulence has a positive affect on a learning orientation. Results also suggest that a learning orientation has a positive affect on organisational commitment and esprit de corps, and on organisational innovativeness
