摘要:To guarantee the security and stability of islanded microgrid, transmission congestion problem is considered during the frequency control so as to efficiently make use of power available without violating system constraints. A novel strategy was proposed, which combines distributed frequency control and congestion management and makes the distributive frequency control reasonable at the request of line congestion. It effectively solve multi-objective problem with multi-linear equality and inequality constraints. To testify the proposed strategy, an islanded microgrid with five-machines is provided in Matlab/Simulink. The results demonstrate that fast frequency regulation and effective settlement of transmission congestion are obtained by this approach.
