摘要:The objectives of this article proceed along the way of analysing the contents and outcomes of the managerial or neoentrepreneurial logic that is becoming established, in a general way, in public Administrations. This article tries to bring empirical evidences on the effects of this managerial logic in the forms and conditions of work and, in this way, to discuss the inevitability of this process in the quest for major efficiency and efficacy of the public Administration.
