摘要:The current research aim is determining the explanatory variables of domestic marketing in wrestlingfederation by the use of Bansal model. The current research statistical population includes all staff, referees,and national athletes in wrestling cooperating with the federation for the last five years. The sample wasequal to the population (N= 280). Data were collected through standard questionnaire including 6dimensions of domestic marketing of Bansal model (Education, job security, reward, information sharing,staff empowerment, and reduction of social class gap), and its validity was confirmed by the experts and itsreliability was achieved to be 0.75. In order to analyze data, statistical tests of K-S and one-sample t-testwere used. Findings showed that dimensions of education, information sharing and empowerment had astatus above the average levels and dimensions of job security, reward and reduction of social class gapwere at average levels. Reduction of social class gap had the highest importance and job security had thelowest importance in explaining the domestic marketing of wrestling federation.
