  • 摘要:This article proposes a model for applying System Dynamics to the simulation of product development process (PDP) management. System dynamics is an approach that enables one to analyze the behavior complex systems may display over time. The model is structured based on the 揂ctivities� dimension in PDP management; the allocation of resources to carry out these activities; and the effects of this allocation on the performance measurement factor of 揹evelopment timing�. The structure of activities adopted in this model is APQP (Advanced Planning of Quality Product), which is included in the QS 9000 Manual. In these activities, what is considered is mainly the allocation of staff (human resources) to the project teams, based on capabilities and team size. The model抯 behavior was evaluated under specific external conditions.
