摘要：El tema de las pactiones entre las societates publicanorum y los magistrados convocantes del hasta o bien entre los publicani y los obligados al pago de vectigalia y ultro tributa , es un tema que no ha sido estudiado en profundidad, aunque quien m醩 se acerca es L. Maganzani que define estas pactiones como derogaciones a las leges censoriae, que sustancialmente considera acuerdos informales. El estudio de estas pactiones entre otros problemas plantea si eran contra韉as con el publicano singular o con la societas , con el tema conexo –y discutible- de la personalidad jur韉ica de 閟tas, y en conexi髇 tambi閚 con el sistema fiscal romano que confiaba la recaudaci髇 de los ingresos p鷅licos a compa耥as privadas. Frente a Maganzani no creo que estas pactiones fueran acuerdos derogatorios de las leges censoriae , sino acuerdos que desarrollaban aquellas leges para facilitar la recaudaci髇 de los impuestos y precisar mejor las relaciones entre publicanos y autoridades fiscales y entre publicanos y contribuyentes
