  • 摘要:The work done for the research aims atcharacterizing these various modes and mechanisms of actionfor standard drugs, using a mathematical framework calleddescription logics. The performance of a solution requiredfirst some theoretical basis to be set, namely the black boxmodel of the cell, specified using description logics. Drugrepositioning also referred as drug repurposing, re-profiling,therapeutic switching and drug re-tasking is the identificationof new therapeutic indications for known drugs. For this weproposed probabilistic kernel based aspect model for textclassification based on drugs data for registered users withprobabilistic kernel based edge classification model. TheScheme is based on the Common Neighbors, Adamic-AdarIndex, Jaccard-Coefficient, Edge Weight models with ourproposed model for better classification accuracy andperformance.
