  • 摘要:In manufacturing plants opportunism is appear in the form of stalling,negligence, use of official position and hiding reserves jobs bythe staff, also providing managers with incomplete or distortedinformation about the working conditions and the existence of personalsympathies in the distribution of incentive bonus, work task,awards, etc., There are technical and institutional factors influencingthe level of manifestation of opportunistic behavior on the enterpriseasa whole and in departments of various types. Identifyingthese factors and determining the nature of the relationship withthe level of various forms of dishonest behavior is the basis to controlthe level of opportunism in manufacturing plants.
