摘要：This paper contains the evaluation of agricultural resource potential;the main factors affecting the agricultural production and theagricultural market in the region. The authors have revealed thereserves to increase economic efficiency of subjects of agro industrialcomplex. Multiplicative change has been defined and thefactors influencing the stability and efficiency of the organizationaleconomicmechanism of agribusiness have been identified. Thedata from the database of regional Ministry of Agriculture are usedfor the analysis. The research covers the period of 2010-2014.The analysis showed a high potential of the development of agribusinessin the region. The paper emphasizes that there has beena steady tendency of improving of production efficiency in agribusiness.The authors conclude that agribusiness needs the supportof the regional government bodies to stimulate the introductionof intensive energy-saving technologies, to reduce the deficitof production capacity for the storage and processing of agriculturalproducts; to ensure the inflow of qualified personnel in agribusinessorganizations, to make financial resources more accessible,to increase amount of grant of financial support of mediumand small agricultural organizations, to create a long-term programfor the implementation of intervention policy in the agriculturalmarket
