摘要：Più che vere e proprie citazioni, Machiavelli impiega delle riscritture che lasciano sovente nell’ombra le sue fonti. Questo procedimento le ha rese spesso irriconoscibili, a maggior ragione quando si tratta di materiali meno evidenti in rapporto alle tradizionali interpretazioni del suo pensiero. È questo il caso del diritto romano, a cui si deve rinviare per chiarire l’uso machiavelliano di un aggettivo così importante come civile . L’articolo intende mettere in evidenza la componente giuridica della diverse forme del potere civile in Machiavelli, che spesso trascendono la polarità repubblica-principato e riguardano l’intero problema del rapporto fra potere e diritto
其他摘要：Rather than for quotations proper, Machiavelli opts for rewritings which frequently obscure his sources. This practice has often made them unrecognisable, especially in the case of materials which cannot be related to traditional interpretations of his thought. This is the case of Roman Law, the legal field from which the Machiavellian use of such an important adjective as civile originates. This article aims to stress the juridical component of the different forms of civilpower in Machiavelli’s work, which frequently transcend the polarity republic-principality and concern the entire problem of the relationship between power and law
