摘要:In this study, the effect of mobbing on organizational citizenship behavior in sports and physical activity organizations was investigated. The data were obtained from the trainers of swimming and fitness centers and the employees of Sports General Directorate. Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised scale developed by Einarsen, Hoelb, and Notelaers (2009) was used to measure mobbing and organizational citizenship behavior scale developed by Bolat (2008) was used to organizational citizenship behavior. In order to test the hypothesis of this study, correlation analyzes and hierarchical regression analyzes were applied. The findings of the study demonstrated that mobbing significantly and inversely influenced organizational citizenship behavior of trainers and employees.
