摘要:The objective of the study is to determine how workers perceive the organizational justice and whether the different demographic features affect how these groups perceive organizational injustice. Research is based on 551 surveys conducted a greater municipality in Turkey. Data were collected by “Organizational Justice Scale” developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993). Results demonstrated that perception of organizational justice does not differentiate according to sex, age and working seniority but differentiates according to educational level and length of service
