摘要:Abstract The aim of the research is to evaluate the qualified teacher implementation which has been one of the teaching career steps since 2005 in accordance with school managers' opinions. Accordingly resolving people's structure used in everyday life and their relationships and discovering hidden meanings of written texts are aimed in order to understand their individual point of views and their behaviors reflected to social life. In 2012-2013 academic year, managers from different educational stages such as pre-school, primary, secondary, high school are wanted to evaluate the qulified teacher implementation from current teaching career steps with open-ended semi-structured forms. School managers who are volunteer to this research are given a interview form in which there are 6 questions and they are wanted to answer them. As a result of research, it can be said from managers' emphasizing pay rise frequently that pay rise shows a dominant effect on teaching career steps. Managers' emphasizing teaching career steps and especially increasing teachers' occupational knowledge can show that this implementation is effective at least partially. Closeness of results from expected exemplary behaviors of teachers who have achieved career shows that each behavior is almost equally important to managers. According to current findings,it can be said that managers expect from qualified teachers to take an active part in counselling and mentoring in education and training activities. Managers want qualified teachers to reflect their experiences to their field especially and they also want them to be proficient and adequate in their fields and possess the occupational legislative matters. Qualified teacher implementation which has a highly negative sense among managers requires to be reviewed and regulated completely. According to the managers participated to the research, the greatest benefit from the qualified teacher implementation is obtained by the teachers who carry out the task.
