摘要:Abstract This study aims to show the psychological capital levels of teachers working in secondary schools in Şanlıurfa by carefully taking their gender, graduation level, subject, seniority as well as the number of books of human relations and personal development into consideration. Research, quantitative research method is adopted; the descriptive-relational model was used. The study population in 1932 serving in 2012-2013 academic year middle school teachers in the center of the province of Sanliurfa. The research was conducted on a sample of 325 people and the worldwide examples. Teachers in the study of psychological capital levels, self-efficacy, hope, and optimism size "medium-level", which is based on the variable gender and branch levels of teachers' psychological capital is a significant difference in the way, but according to seniority of teachers with 0-5 years of seniority analyzed 20 years of seniority and level of psychological capital was significantly higher in the older teachers, teachers who graduate with a degree of psychological capital of graduation, associate degree and bachelor's degree graduation is significantly higher with colleagues and teachers read books psychological capital levels in 3-5 months, 1-2 who read books and don't read (0) was significantly higher than that obtained.
