摘要:Abstract Conflict and conflict management is a permanent issue among organizations. The aim of this research is to find out the relation between conflict management strategies and impression management tactics. According to this point, we examine the relationship between conflict management strategies and impression management tactics on 171 master degree students who are currently working at public or private sector Company. In this research we use the Rahim Organizational Inventory II (ROCI-II) and an impression management tactics scale which is developed by Bolino ve Turnley (1999) and translated to Turkish by Basım (2006). We used correlation and regression analyses for evaluations. We found that, there is a relationship between cooperation factor, intimidation and self-promotion. In addition, domination factor between intimidation and job involvement, integration factor and self-promotion. There was no related factor with avoidance.
