摘要:According to this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfaction, transformational leadership, Organizational justice of preschool teachers' perceptions. In this context, a questionnaire was applied on 216 pre-school teachers working in İstanbul Kartal District. Obtained data was tested with factor analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis. In this study as a result, organizational justice has been revealed that a positive effect on levels of teachers' job satisfaction. At the same time, it was determined that the dimensions of transformational leadership have a positive impact on teachers' job satisfaction.
