摘要：The purpose of this study was to determine factors which influence on students' career and educational decisions in primary school, high school and university students. The sample of the study consists of 589 students which selected randomly from primary and high schools in Gaziantep and Eskişehir with university students in Gazi University. Data were collected by Demograpich Information Survey which was developed by the researchers and Career and Educational Decision Making Survey.In this study, It has been examined whether there is a difference in the factors that are influential in career and educational decision making process by using t test, Chi-square test, One-Way ANOVA analysisAccording to the results of the study, it was found that majority of students have made their career and education decisions and being confident their decisions.Findings have shown that the most important factors which effect on students' career and educational decisions, respectively: fathers, mothers, books and journal and teachers who are working in schools.While there were not differences addition sources of help point of view level of class, it was found that friends of male students has been influence on their career and educational decisions.
