摘要:Abstract The main purpose of the paper is to determine the contribution of graduate programs in the field of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economy to professional development of teachers, school administrators and inspectors. In this context, data were collected by using interview form from a total of 25 teachers, school administrators and inspectors continuing graduate programs in the field of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economy at the University of Fırat. According to findings of the research is concluded that participants are to prefer graduate programs to specialize and build an academic carrier and graduate programs is to contribute to solving the problems of application and development leadership behaviors. The main challenge limiting the contribution to professional development of graduate programs is off to change the culture of participants' organizations.
