摘要:Abstract The purpose of this study is destination quality perception of the second housing owners. In the study, the current situation tried to find with the model scan. A questionnaire was developed as a means of data collection. Validity and reliability survey was applied to 248 people sampling between July and September 2009 in Alanya. The reason for choosing the research area of Alanya, Alanya is one of the destinations for EU citizens interest to buy second homes. Destination quality survey as measured by consisti of seven dimensions. These dimensions, Safety and Hygiene, Resources, Transportation, Government, Society, Value and Activities. As a result of the analysis on the data, tried to determine the level of importance to the quality dimensions. Security and Hygiene was the most important dimension. Resources, Transportation, Government, Society, Price and Events the dimensions took place in order of importance. Research, quality perception, differences in the level of significance was found between the quality diemensions. Keywords: Alanya, tourism, destination quality
