  • 摘要:Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the methods applied very often in order to solve the multi critera desicion making problems and choose the best selection. AHP ease to calculate the relative weights of desicion makers by combining qualitative anda quantitive selections. Calculating the weights will allow to choose the best option. It has been easy to make a decision for decision makers as to solve difficult problems. Academicians provide major supports to eduction quality in universities which is developed day by day. The purpose of the establishment of universities is to meet the labor force and to train young mind by offering a quality approach to education. Because of this aim, there have been many student profiles to meet the wishes and needs of students,and there have also been created forms for academicians for how to build a better learning environment by applying various surveys. Unlike studies, in this study on the basis of students in Uşak University , academicians were asked to evaluate the performance of students in his/her faculty. By benefiting to take views of some 9 of academicians, 14 criteria was determined, later 14 questionnaire was prepared and responded by 90 academicians.
