摘要：Abstract Main objective of this study is to reveal relationship between levels of awareness of police cadets in terms of interpersonal relations and their self-compassion .Research data has been obtained by using self-insight scale and scale of awareness in interpersonal relations. Research has been made in accordance with general scanning model. Research group consists of police cadets studying in police vocational high school located in Ereğli town of Konya.249 police cadets chosen by using random group sampling method make up the sampling of this research. Given the findings as a result of the research,17 percent of awareness in interpersonal relations of police cadets participated in this research has been resulted from their self-compassion. Moreover a significant relationship between self-insight of police cadets and their awareness in interpersonal relations has been found. As the levels of interpersonal relations of police cadets increases, their self- compassion level increases positively as well.
