摘要:This study aims to determine the leadership behaviors of Süleyman Demirel University Rectorate administrators and the effect of these behaviors on staff job satisfaction. The study group is composed of 143 personnel who works for Rectorate. The data of 101 personnel has been analyzed with Administrator Leadership Behaviors and Job Satisfaction Scale. Data were analyzed by using frequency, mean, correlation and regression analysis. Administrators "mostly" demonstrate the leadership behaviors in all dimensions. There is a significant relationship between the leadership behavior all dimensions and job satisfaction. Job-oriented leadership behaviors on job satisfaction are more effective than other dimensions of leadership behaviors.
