摘要:Abstract Burnout is an emotional and physiological depleting situation that is notably observed in the jobs which require personal direct communication with humans and in those who cannot overcome the stress as a natural feature of the occupation. The teaching occupation is a hard matter for those teachers who spend a lot with the students. With this point, my aim is the investigation of the reasons behind this burnout in various level of institution. 158 teachers took part in the research. In the study an information form about the teachers\' socio-demographic conditions and their vocational knowledge and Maslach Burnout Inventory form has been used. In the analysis of the sub-problems of the researches, variance analysis and t-test was used. According to the outcomes in the participants, difference according to the gender has not been at a remarkable level. An important level has been realized in the marital status of the teachers, period of work, the grade they teach, class loads, the appropriateness of the school to the teacher\'s expectation and the wish to last their job and he sub-measurements of burnout.
