摘要：Abstract Knowledge and communication technologies which are the cornerstones of New Economy show their effects on growth in different ways such as increase in production, increase in productivity, new employment opportunities and rise of economic effectiveness, due to their multidimensional nature. In this study firstly such effects of New Economy on growth will be mentioned and afterwards the growth without inflation which can be created in long terms by New Economy when it is supported with suitable social and economic policies will be covered.
