摘要：Abstract This research deals with the situations of criminality of the children who work and partly live in the streets. The aim of this research is to examine the socio-demographic, economic and cultural structures of the children who dwell in the streets and to find out the process which makes them tended to crimes. For this reason in this research the subject is focused on the structure of working and dwelling in the streets which make the individual tended to crimes. In the scope of the research there are 30 children who committed crimes. In this research it has been established by some findings that the children who work in the streets committed mostly the crime of robbery, had families with problems, gained some habits like using drugs or the other matters which make them addicted and had criminal equals.
