  • 摘要:Abstract The purpose of this research is to reveal the expectancies of the teachers who have not got pedagogical formation training in managing the behaviors of disruptive students, and their views about student behaviors. The research was conducted with interview, which is one of the qualitative research methods. Teachers, who served in 2007-2008 academic year and participated in class management in service training. And the work group consists of 68 teachers, who have not got pedagogical formation training and participated in the research voluntarily. Semi-structured "Interview Form about Class Management Perceptions of Teachers Who Have not Got Pedagogical Training", which consists of open/close ended questions, used for gathering data. The results obtained were evaluated in sample applications in class, obtaining information about class management, the effects of teacher properties on class management, which disruptive student behaviors teacher encounters, methods and approaches used widely, inform about demographic characteristics groups. In connection with the events the students encounter, findings show that they should seek their own solutions. It is important that teacher has to create an activity-based class to create a more productive environment. Recent studies also indicate these activities are necessary to maintain discipline and order.
