摘要:Abstract The aim of the research is to study the relations between school adjustment levels and peer relations with various dimensions of preschool children especially during autumn and spring terms. The sample group of the study consisted of 76 children of 5-6 years old attending preschools located in central region of Denizli city. A demographic data form, The Child Behavior Scale, The Victimization Scale and The Teacher Rating Scale of School Adjustment for 5-6 Years of Children were used to gather data. According to the results of the research the positive social behavior levels of the children grow parallel to their adjustment levels in schools. The more school adjustment increases, the lower becomes aggression, anxiety, exclusion, hyperactivity and being victim of peer aggression. As a result the levels of pro-social behaviors increase a lot. The adaptation level at the beginning of school year effects significantly the peer relation during the whole school year.
