摘要:Abstract The importance of sports in the political and economic field as well as in social life shows an increase each passing day which reveals that sport organizations and institutions should be managed more efficiently and effectively. A sports manager, who is a manager, trainer, coach, referee, sport administrator and physical education teacher, plays an important role in the success of organization. They should be fair and have high emotional intelligence. In this study, organizational justice and emotional intelligence were examined at all points shown in the light of the literature as a theoretical approach. These are organizational justice and emotional intelligence and the importance of the administrative structure of sports. Organizational justice and emotional intelligence of managers should also be discussed and emphasized in the sports area other than the manufacturing and business sector. Based on the theoretical approaches and studies in the literature, it is possible to say that having a positive attitudes and emotional intelligence competencies are also very important features for sports managers.
