摘要:The purpose of the study is to develop a likert type scale in order to measure teachers' attitudes towards negotiation skills of the school managers. It is important to measure the negotiation skills of the school managers to accomplish school aims and determine the negotiation skills level of the school managers. The study group consists of 250 primary school teachers in Gaziantep. For constuct validity, to determine factorial structure and dimensions, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses are applied. At the end of this analyze two sub factors (creating reliance environment, defending solution) were reached. Total reliability coefficient of the scale was found 0.98. each subfactor reliability coefficient was found for creating reliance environment 0.96; for defending solution 0.94. Findings show that internal structure reliability coefficients of subfactors were found high. At the end of the study, the validity and reliability analyses show that the scale is adequate for measuring the school managers' negotiation skills.
