摘要：To understand the ideas of a sect correctly, its own sources are very important. In our country, there is no work about the Ibadite catechism ( ilm al-hal ) as well as there is a few studies on their theological opinions. In this regard we give importance to the catechism named Talkin al-Sibyan which is the main concern of the article. This book is well-known among Ibadis and taught to the Ibadite children in Uman in the summertime. The first part of it is related to the Ibadi faith, and the other ones are about the religious practices ( ibadat ). By this book, we can learn the Ibadite faith and practical differences in Salat from their own sources.
