摘要：Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Şanlıurfa and Diyarbakır benefitting from Rural Development Investment Support Program constitute the main scope of the study. Within the scope of RDISP (KKYDP), 215 RDISP projects in two cities have been carried out by 197 different agro-industries. Hovewer, when trying to gather survey data with the complete inventory method, it has been determined that there are 120 active enterprises run by authorities receiving the project. According to analysis results of data gathered from these enterprises, 49 enterprises benefitting from the support in Diyarbakır, generally speaking, are more successful than 71 enterprises in Şanlıurfa when compared to. Prior to the project, while the employment average of the enterprises was 6.53, after the project it has become 12.68
