摘要:In this study, organizational commitment factor and trust factor in terms of justice perceptions of employees in the banking sector was questioned. In addition, it is aimed to determine employees perceptions of justice, trust and commitment whether differed according to variables of age, sex, marital status, educational status and work experience. The survey of public and private sector personnel working in bank branches and organizational commitment, organizational trust and organizational justice scale and demographic variables, including questions related to the questionnaire distributed at 160, but 120 of them was evaluated. The findings of the study were evaluated analyzed through SPSS 18.0 statistical package program, using frequency, mean, t-test, one-way anova, regression and correlation analysis. The level of significance was taken as 0,05. A liner relationship was found among organizational commitment, organizational trust and organizational justice. In the analysis the correlation coefficient was calculated to be 0.634. It was found that the significance of the correlation coefficient is high. The result of the study reveals that there is a positive linear relation between organizational trust, measured through the scales of justice and organizational commitment
