摘要：Being an important communication mean, web sites in which fast data transfer materializes, institution is publicized from its first source have made it quite easy for institutions to reach their target masses.Web sites enable especially universities and faculties the opportunity to communicate with their target masses via internet, to present the institution by means of creating the institutions’ identity and image. Therefore the universities and faculties using web sites for their presentation materialize their presentations and strengthen their institutional identities by reflecting also their identity indicators to web sites
