摘要：Abstract: When analysing the labour market demographic conditions seem to be payed more attention and to be analyzed in more detail about labor markets. In this respect youth unemployment is one of the topics that must be analyzed. This problem shows a different aspect of employment problems of today's societies. In addition youth unemployment has to be faced in a detailed formation for different groups. It is very important to define the group in labor market studies. Underemployment, low wages and low productive jobs are main problems of young people like adults. This situation averts the young people to betray their potentials. When we analyze Turkish labor market for youths, educated and uneducated groups show a meaningful difference statistically. This means education factor has a big influence on increasing youth employment. Key Words: Youth unemployment, Education, Employment.
