摘要:The aim of the present research was to evaluate resilience levels of the coaches who were employed at Province Directorate of Youth and Sports of General Directorate of Youth and Sports. Resilience Scale developed by Gürgan (2006) and "Personal Information Form" developed by the researchers were used in order to determine the resilience levels of the coaches. The population of the research was consisted of coaches employed at Province Directorate of Youth and Sports (from 81 cities). The sample of the research was made up by a total of 360 coaches (73 female coaches and 287 male coaches out of 31 different sports branches) who were working actively in 38 city centers and were selected with random sampling method. As a result, we could not find any significant difference between resilience levels of the participant coachs and sex, marital status, being a coach of team sports or individual sports. However, the comparison of educational status and the total scores and subscale-scores obtained from the Resilience Scale yielded a significant difference between coaches with high school degree and those with graduate and master's degree in favor of coaches with graduate and master's degree (p
