摘要：Abstract The positive surplus between incomes and expenses of economic units is being called savings. Economic units which have income surplus protect these savings in different ways. These saving are being invested sometimes in productive but often in unproductive ways. In the developing countries such as Turkey, because of steady resourse insufficiency for investments, the investment of savings in most productive ways is vital. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the turkish families have income surplus, and to find out how to invest the families this surplus if they have, and to bring some proposals to make these savings more productive.
