摘要:To demonstrate organizational impact of faculty development strategies (FD) is a necessity to advance in the establishment of curricular alternatives to traditional teaching. The following article is provided by Kirkpatrick model for analyzing the impact of FD, and showcases the outcomes of a research on the effects of the ERAGIN program for the development of active learning methodologies on an individual, organizational and institutional level. With a qualitative approach has been used several documents, questionnaires and interviews. The sample is composed of 65 teachers of the first roll-out of the program. The empirical study shows the impact of this training on the concepts about teaching and learning (TL) of teachers, both on the approach and on the ability to do research on teaching ( scholarship of teaching and learning ) or leading in teaching areas. These are key elements to lead change from an individual level into a more organizational and institutional dimension.
