摘要:Hospitals in industrialized countries increasingly recruit foreign physicians and thus have to work with a diverse workforce that exerts challenges. On the basis of social identity theory and the job-resources-demands model, the authors discuss effects on job performance, the intention to leave, and develop a set of propositions.
