摘要：Water is one of the main concerns of EU environmental policy and as such has been considered one of the environmental priorities of the European Commission. The paper analyzes the transcendent Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy.
