摘要:The goal of this paper is to empirically analyze the effect of centralization on functinal and dysfunctional conflict in organizations. To do this we have used a sample of firms from the spanish chemestry industry. Resuls have allowed to analyze the hierarchy of authority and the participation in taking decisions. Additionally, the dysfunctional and functional nature of the organizational conflict has been studied.
