摘要：The diversification of the firm is a very interesting problem to academic professionals and executives responsible for its practical application. They are several works in the literature that justify the diversification of the companies through different theoretical perspectives. This work is centered in the analysis of the diversification starting from the focus of resources and capabilities to try to identify the factors that determine it, as well as to discriminate about the paper that play these factors with regard to the direction of the process diversification.
