摘要：The convergence between mobile devices and content with social networking is expanding the boundaries of service journalism with features such as ubiquity, personalization and user participation. This article explores the possibilities of this type of content applied to journalistic specialization cited above, since its characteristics make it particularly suitable for mobile consumption. From a content analysis of 401 Twitter messages sent during the fire that ravaged the Empordà in Catalonia (Spain) by two of the institutions most directly related to their extinction (Bomberos and Emergencias), we conclude that the possibility consuming the messages anytime, anywhere increases the utility of this kind of informative content. However, there is room for improvement in relation to the resources that enrich these messages and interactivity with users. DOI: 10.7764/cdi.31.458
