摘要：This paper illustrates sorne features of the educational co-operatives that have developed in Madrid, in order to come closer to a little known reality. One of the inain problems for the social agents involved in this activity is the employment and the different related factors. Por tbis reason, the purpose of the research has been identifiying the quantity and quality of employment generated by these entities.
