摘要：Salamanca, like other local capitals at the beginning of the XXth century, feels the need, led by the hand of intellectuals and members of high society at the time, to create a Philharmonic Society to become a musical-cultural reference within of local art scene. This article presents the background to the very creation of the Company and the gestation and development of the first constitution after its founding.
