The diffusion coefficient in this research shows the movement velocity of moisture from wood to the air drier. Heat and mass tranfer analogy approximation is applied to estimate that coefficient. Results indicate that the value of average diffusion coefficient (DAB) increases with increasing drying temperature, for region above CMC as well as below CMC. The increment of average D AB is exponential function of drying temperature. For above CMC region, D AB ’s equation as function of drying temperature ( o C) is; D AB = 2E-05e 0,014T , meanwhile for below CMC; D AB = 2E -05e0,0126T . The value of average D AB above CMC region is larger than below CMC.
